This Shipping Policy explains how Achinova ships orders placed on Achinova.com. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India, to all pin codes served by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, the checkout will let you know before you pay.
Processing and dispatch time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales or festive periods, dispatch may take a little longer and we will keep you informed.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 days across India. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order, and are shown before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be displayed on the website.
Courier partners and tracking
We ship through third-party courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may contact you to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated delivery attempts fail, it may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If your parcel looks damaged, opened or tampered with, please record the condition (photos or an unboxing video) and contact us immediately. See Section 11 and Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions for details.
